Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) Free Fragrance Oils

Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are a group of man-made chemicals that includes PFOA, PFOS, GenX, and many other chemicals. PFAS are man-made chemicals that are highly resistant to oil, grease and water, making them common in food packaging, nonstick cookware (such as Teflon) and numerous other applications. In cosmetics, they help create a slippery shine and make products waterproof. PFAs are also known as “forever chemicals” because they do not naturally break down and have been found to accumulate in humans. There is still limited data available for these chemicals but exposure to them have been linked to several health effects including liver damage, thyroid disease, decreased fertility, high cholesterol, obesity, hormone suppression and cancer. All of our fragrance formulations are PFA free.

All of our fragrance oils are non-toxic, cruelty free, vegan and GMO free. All oils are made in USA and ship from New Jersey.
