We partner with a leading equipment provider to deliver turnkey HVAC fragrance systems — including equipment leasing, installation, and ongoing service. Systems can support a single room or scale to large-format environments such as offices, hotels, stadiums, airports, and multi-site commercial portfolios.
HVAC scenting uses cold-air diffusion connected to your building's ductwork to circulate a fine, dry mist of fragrance. This produces even scent coverage while maintaining air quality and keeping equipment fully out of view.
Ambient scenting can enhance mood, extend dwell time, and strengthen brand recall. In offices and hotels, it supports focus, comfort, and perceived quality.

Five steps from project scope to ongoing service.
HVAC systems perform best with fragrances formulated for cold-air diffusion. The options below allow you to choose from ready-made profiles or create a custom signature designed for commercial environments.
You can also pair HVAC scenting with products across our retail & hospitality collection to create a consistent fragrance identity across physical spaces, amenities, and customer touchpoints.
Yes. Our HVAC equipment partner supplies and installs the equipment and manages ongoing service. Stock Fragrance supplies the fragrance and supports fragrance selection and design.
Pricing depends on the size of the space and the units involved. Units are leased and paid for monthly — installation and servicing are included — and fragrance costs are built into the monthly price. All pricing is project-specific.
Any Stock Fragrance oil can be used in HVAC scenting, and if a project calls for it, we can optimize a fragrance specifically for the machine. We can recommend options based on your space type, regulatory requirements, and brand positioning.
Yes. Through custom fragrance design (Private Stock), we can develop a signature scent for your space — usable in your HVAC system and in supporting products like candles or room sprays, so your brand smells the same everywhere.
Typically: space type, approximate square footage, HVAC configuration, number of zones, and overall scent goals (subtle, noticeable, signature, etc.).
