Stock Fragrance Document Request
Need regulatory documentation about one of our oils that is not already posted on our website?
Before You Submit a Request
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Regulatory Data Sheets (IFRA 51) are posted on each fragrance page and can be downloaded or printed immediately without waiting for manual processing.
- Go to the relevant fragrance product page.
- Open the “Documentation” tab.
- Check for available SDS and RDS (IFRA) documentation.
If the document you need is not listed there, or you need a specific format or regional version, use the request form below.
Processing Time
Document requests are reviewed and processed by our regulatory team.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. If clarification is required, we’ll contact you using the email you provide.
What Happens After You Submit
Once your request is received:
- We verify the fragrance details and document requirements.
- We retrieve or prepare the correct documentation and related files.
- Documents are delivered to the email address you provided.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I find SDS and IFRA documents without submitting a request?
Many SDS and RDS (IFRA) documents are available directly on fragrance product pages under the “Documentation” tab and can be downloaded immediately.
Can I request documents for multiple fragrances at once?
Yes. Please list all fragrance names clearly in your submission using the exact product names from your order or our website.
Can you provide documentation for non–Stock Fragrance products?
No. We can only provide documentation for Stock Fragrance materials.
What if my request is urgent?
You may note your deadline in the request. While expedited processing is not guaranteed, we do our best to help with time-sensitive cases.
Will my documents be stored for future use?
We maintain internal records to streamline future requests, but we recommend saving the documentation you receive for your own compliance files.
