How the VIP Program Works
Enrollment is automatic once your annual spend meets the minimum requirement for a tier. We calculate your spend daily based on the last 12 months of orders associated with the email address on your account, and your current tier determines which benefits are available at checkout and when you contact us for services.
There are three tiers: VIP, VVIP, and VVVIP. Each tier adds more benefits on top of the previous one, including savings on STOCK FRAGRANCE oils, enhanced shipping options, and complimentary development services at the highest levels.
Annual Spend Requirements by Tier
Annual spend requirements are based on your last 12 months of qualifying purchases and are recalculated daily. Spend is associated with the email address used for your orders.
