Your spend is calculated on a 12-month rolling basis, recalculated daily based on orders tied to your account email. All prices posted on our website are based on the cost of the ingredients used in the formula, and are the best available at any quantity — we don't punish lower volumes with higher prices. Our VIP program offers tiered discounts for higher-volume purchases.
How is annual spend calculated for VIP tier qualification?
Annual spend is calculated on a 12-month rolling basis, recalculated daily.
What counts toward my annual spend for VIP tier qualification?
Any order placed on your Stock Fragrance account.
Is free shipping available for international VIP orders?
No. Free shipping applies to domestic US orders only.
Does my existing Stock Fragrance order history count toward my VIP tier?
Yes. Once you register, all orders associated with your account email will show up and count toward your VIP eligibility.
What happens if my annual spend drops below a tier threshold?
If you drop below a threshold, you'll be downgraded or lose status. Once you come back over the threshold, you qualify again automatically — you don't have to start over.

We don't have a way to display your running total yet — log into your account to see your orders over the past 12 months and where you stand.
Do you offer payment terms or NET invoicing for VIP members?
Yes, for VVVIP members only. We offer NET 15 or NET 30 payment terms.
