    • Acceleration: Yes
    • Deceleration: No
    • Ricing: No
    • Separation: No
    • Discoloration: No
    • Behavior Notes: Tested at 3%. Thickened soap batter somewhat, but otherwise remained very smooth and manageable for a while. No discoloration was noted post cured, the fragrance mellowed out to medium strength. Would bump up the use rate to 4-5%.

Tested by Creamy Obsession Soap. The testing recipe consisted of olive oil, coconut oil, lard, sunflower oil, castor oil, shea butter, mango butter, and cocoa butter. A 1.8:1 water to lye ratio was used, as well as a 5% superfat. All tests were conducted at room temperature, with a range of 85°F to 95°F Every small batch was brought to an emulsion, and then the fragrances were stirred in by hand and watched over a period of time while comparing to an unscented control poured from the same batch. After setting up, the bars were then CPOP’ed in their individual silicone molds in the oven at 170°F for 5 minutes to ensure a full gel. Separate popsicle sticks and pipettes were used for each individual fragrance to avoid any cross contamination.

    • Acceleration: None
    • Separation: Yes
    • Discoloration: None
    • Behavior Notes: Batter instantly separated when fragrance was added, so extra mixing with hand blender became necessary and the batter did come back together, and then stayed a very nice workable medium-thick trace for a LONG time.
    • Scent strength: Light at 2.0%, recommend 4.0 - 5.0%

Testing done by @elysianacres at temperatures between 75-85 °F, brought batter to emulsification before hand-stirring in fragrance, using 10% Castor Oil, 20% Coconut Oil, 35% Olive OIl Pomace, 35% Lard, Distilled water Lye solution at 33%, 5% Superfat

    So Lovely And Inviting

I think I have found my new favorite fragrance! There is something so mysteriously beautiful about this scent. It's an earthy blend of patchouli and rainwater mixed perfectly with light florals to create a great hot throw in my wax melts. This is such a lovely, inviting scent that I will introduce it very soon in my summer scent line! I know my customers will love it!

This is definitely a watery patchouli

Think rain, outdoors, fresh. It's such a nice fragrance. I don't love straight patchouli, but this is very good. I did a fairly complicated CP pour for this one and I found that if I poured the fragrance as I was stirring, I had way less ricing. It did rice fairly significantly if I didn't stir while pouring. Another thing I noticed was that I poured some non-fragranced batter around my embeds and then fragranced the remaining bit and continued the pour - when cut, the fragranced bit of soap was a deeper color. It was just something that I thought was a bit strange since I wouldn't say it had any discoloration, but there's definitely a different hue to the unscented portions. It worked well for my sculpted layers. I used it at 4%.

    The perfect patchouli

I've always thought of patchouli as more of a supporting note but this scent places patchouli at the front, and does so beautifully. A stunning and unique scent.
