I’ve been a customer for almost two years and this is by far the best company to buy fragrances from for multiple reasons. First of all, the quality of the products are better than any other company I’ve looked into or tried. The fragrances don’t smell like a bunch of fake chemicals and I trust the ingredients (which are easy to access). I appreciate that there’s a plant based line which is what I was originally drawn to, but I’ve also purchased fragrances that aren’t in that line and I have peace of mind knowing that they’re safe and have been through proper testing. Second, the customer service is outstanding. While it’s a big company you get the feeling that it’s a small mom and pop shop that values each of their customers individually. I’ve sent email inquiries and received quick responses from the owners themselves. They also send emails every once in a while just to check up on your needs, which is rare. I will be a customer for life.
