BESPOKE FRAGRANCE is our custom fragrance design and creation service. Using any inspiration, we will create a fragrance formula from scratch based on your olfactive ideas, intended use and desired oil budget. Once approved, the fragrance is available exclusively to you. No dupes. No types. No exceptions.

How It Works
1. Inspiration
Use literally anything as a starting point for your fragrance - colors, images, scent notes - bring as much or as little as you like!
2. Formulation
We will create fragrance 'sketches' - unique olfactive outlines that will be used as the foundation for the finished fragrance.
3. Evaluation
Take as much time as you need to experience, wear and evaluate submissions and define the direction(s).
4. MODIFICATION
Once we have narrowed in on the concept(s), the fine-tuning begins for enhancement, product form, finishing touches and dosage.
4. Approval
Upon final approval, you will receive a personalized oil code and name. Order anytime!

In general, the process can take anywhere from 3 - 6+ months to complete depending on the complexity of the project and client timing/feedback.
- Once we have initial information, expect to receive the first round of submissions in 4-6 weeks
- Take as much time as you need to experience and use the samples
- Revisions (if needed) typically take 1-2 weeks to complete, after which we will resend samples

The development fee includes all aspects of development from start to finish:
- Customized oil naming and personalized product code
- All safety and regulatory checks/documentation (IFRA, SDS, COA)

The initial payment excludes the following:
- Oil purchases are separate and in addition to initial payment
- Expedited/international shipping of development samples

We will contact you to obtain the information we need to start formulation work, so please make sure contact information is accurate and complete.
- Target oil budget ($/LB)
- Intended use and product categories (can be multiple)
- Oil specifications or requirements (if needed), such as plant-based, biodegradable, etc.
- Olfactive inspiration is optional, come with as much or as little as you like!

You do! We will determine the oil budget before we begin formulation work. If there is any discrepancy between the desired budget and the brief, we will let you know.
