How to Calculate fragrance needs

You can use this simple formula to calculate oil volume:

Total fill volume (oz or ml) X dosage (%) X number of units (quantity)

This will give you to the total oz or ml needed, which can be converted to LB (divide by 16) or KG (divide by 1,000)

For example, a 10 oz candle with a 10% dosage would require 1 oz of fragrance per candle and 1,000 oz (62.5 LB) per 1,000 units.

Another example, a 200 ml lotion with a 2.0% dosage would require 4 ml of fragrance per bottle and 4,000 ml (4 KG) per 1,000 units.
